FullTilt Poker License Revoked By AGCC !

The Alderney Gambling Control comission (AGCC) has just revoked Full Tilt´s eGaming licenses, with immediate effect. This follows AGCC´s earlier action on 29th June 2011 where they suspended Full Tilt´s license and the software went offline.

In the determination notice issued by AGCC, RakebackSafe.com have learned that: Full Tilt Poker´s current financial position and financial background are no longer a fit to hold an eGambling licence, and as a result of the Full Tilt Hearing last week, the AGCC Commissioners have determined that revocation of Fulltilt eGambling licenses is the appropriate sanction.

The Department of Justice (DoJ) dropped a bomb, when U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara claimed in a statement that "Full Tilt is not a legitimate poker company, but a global Ponzi scheme."

The DoJ have released some interesting info saying that: Fulltilt poker players played with funny money to some extend, that Full Tilt lied about how secure player funds was, and that owners paid themselves more than $440 million, and much much more.

The US Department of Justice released an amended "Black Friday" civil complaint where Federal prosecutors accused executives Howard Lederer, Rafe Furst and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson of "intentionally stealing more then $440 million".
